Forgot your Username or Password?
If you have forgotten your username and password to access ExamBank, you have the following options:
If you are a student using a school ExamBank account:
For security reasons, we are only able to provide username and password information to the person who set up the account. Because of this, we are not able to provide login information to students if they are using a school's account. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact your school administrator. If you do not know who you should talk to at your school, please call us at 780-961-2213 (Edmonton local) or 1-83-EXAMBANK (1-833-926-2265, toll-free elsewhere).
If you are using a personal account or are an administrator of a school account:
You can request username and password information to be sent to you by email to the address we have on file for the account. Just type in the email address you believe that your account is associated with in the blank below, press 'Request account information', and then check your email within a minute or two.
If you do not have access to the email account used when setting up your ExamBank account, or cannot recall which email address was used, please call us at 780-961-2213 (Edmonton local) or 1-83-EXAMBANK (1-833-926-2265, toll-free elsewhere).
If you do not currently have an ExamBank account but would like to set one up:
If you would like to set up a new ExamBank account, the quickest way is to do so online. Of course, you can always call us at one of the numbers mentioned above if you prefer.
