If you pay for an account with Visa or Mastercard, it is activated immediately. If you prefer, you can also provide payment by cheque or money order, but in that situation we have to wait for payment to arrive before activating the account. In either case, you will receive an email from us as soon as the account is ready to be used.
Schools and businesses also have the option of purchasing larger accounts by invoice.
To set up an account, please click on How to get an account at the top of the page. It will walk you through the process of setting up an account and choosing a payment method. All information provided in the process of setting up an ExamBank account is sent securely over the Internet, and we take every means available to safeguard the information you provide to us (after a credit card transaction has been processed, we don't even record or otherwise keep the credit card number itself). But if you would still rather provide your credit card information over the phone, that's fine. If that's the case, still go through the ordering process online if possible, and then contact us by phone when you get to the payment details page (for convenience, our contact phone number will be provided to you then). This will help expedite the process of creating your ExamBank account.
