A lot of the questions we get about ExamBank have been asked many times before. Please check the following list and see if your question has already been answered. If not, by all means contact us. You can find our contact information by clicking on the last item in the list.
Once I've obtained a test, can I go back to it later?
If you are using an individual account, you certainly can. Exams you've already obtained are stored on ExamBank for up to one month. To access a prior test, just click on "Account Administration" at the top, log in there with your username and administration password, then click on "View account usage by date". On the page that appears, click on the date you want to view past tests, then the name of the specific test you want to look at.
Please note that this is only available if you know your account's administration password (which is generally not the case if you are using an account set up by your school or business for the use of multiple people).
We also understand that a lot of people may prefer to study from a paper copy, so we do not place any restrictions on printing exams for later reference. Please note that copying and pasting the exam into a program like Microsoft Word will not work, as Word will renumber the questions in the exam so that they no longer match the answer key.
