The cost of an ExamBank account depends on how many credits you put in it. Each credit will provide you with 4 questions online, so for example, a 100 question test will require 25 credits. The cost per credit depends on how many you obtain at a time:

If you're just looking for a quick review of a couple of topics, the $14.95 account may be sufficient (but if you're planning on practicing an interprovincial exam, check first to see if 30 credits are enough - the interprovincial exams for some trades are sometimes longer and require slightly more than 30 credits). A fairly common package for people looking for a reasonably comprehensive review is the $49.95 account for 150 credits, which provides access to 600 questions. But the best thing to do is first look at the exams available for your trade, decide which ones you want to practice and how many different times you want to practice them, and total up the number of credits required (next to each exam you will find how many credits it requires).
Accounts do not expire after a fixed amount of time, so if you are going through school and will be using ExamBank for a few years, you can get a larger account to provide you with a less expensive per-credit cost. As well, accounts can be shared for additional savings.
