A lot of the questions we get about ExamBank have been asked many times before. Please check the following list and see if your question has already been answered. If not, by all means contact us. You can find our contact information by clicking on the last item in the list.
What do I do if I think I found an error in a question?
We do everything we can to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the questions available on ExamBank. However, with the large volume of questions that we have (about 30,000 at last count available for the Trades ExamBank), it's inevitable that the odd error can slip by.
Usually, when people report a suspected error it just turns out that they misinterpreted the question or were otherwise mistaken. However, we do appreciate reports of questions that you may feel contain an error so they can be investigated.
Since the questions are all randomly selected, telling us something like "Question 42 is wrong" doesn't help since we have no way of knowing specifically which question showed up as your number 42. Instead, please send an email to support@exambank.com with the question text exactly as it appeared, what ExamBank said the answer is, and what you think the answer should be instead. We'll then be able to look into it right away.
